Welcome to ModuleCo ModuleCo, formerly PKL Healthcare, specialises in the design and provision of complex fast-track modular buildings using off-site modular construction methods. We use off-site construction to provide a wide range of modular buildings including: operating theatres, diagnostic imaging facilities, decontamination facilities, wards, mortuaries, day surgery centres and treatment centres. ModuleCo's fast track facilities are designed as permanent buildings with a structural design life of 60 years and can be used for permanent or interim requirements. We are able to offer a full design and supply service, including architectural, M&E and structural solutions, and therefore can provide a turnkey package for all healthcare requirements.
