Healthcare project management ModuleCo has a dedicated Healthcare Project Management team developing the projects from the acceptance of tender to final completion.

		Each project has an appointed project manager, providing you with a single point of contact and ensuring that your project is completed on time, to budget and to your satisfaction. A site manager, who oversees the day-to-day on site activity, supports each project manager. Our project and site managers have a sound understanding of the sensitivities and practicalities of carrying out major building projects on hospital sites.

Specialist equipment installation is always a key element in the successful completion of a healthcare building project. Whether it be an MRI scanner with its associated RF cage and magnetic shielding pre-installation requirements, or an RO water treatment plant for renal dialysis units, we have the in house knowledge and experience to effectively manage and liaise with the appropriate suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure the equipment is installed to the manufacturers requirements.
