Mechanical & Electrical services and installations The majority of medical facilities used in acute healthcare are M&E intensive buildings. ModuleCo has extensive expertise in this field and is a leading off-site construction specialist, focusing on the provision of these complex facilities.

	Working with a network of M&E consultants who understand off-site construction, we aim to maximise M&E installations during the off-site manufacturing phase before the buildings are delivered to site. Our unique experience has been acquired over many years and through the provision of over 60 complex modular healthcare facilities. Past examples include: operating theatre suites, diagnostic imaging facilities, laboratories and mortuaries.

We aim to carry out the majority of the mechanical and electrical installation services off-site in a factory environment. Thus off-site trials and tests can be carried out to prove the system before installing on site. This is particularly important for plant rooms and laboratories as it ensures that the equipment will be fully functional once it has been installed.
