Our Services Experienced in off-site construction, ModuleCo, formerly PKL Healthcare, provides fast-track healthcare facilities to healthcare providers and developers in both public and private sectors within the UK and internationally. We offer an extensive range of services including Design, Full Project Management, Off-site Manufacturing, M&E Services, Site Installation, Commissioning and Technical Support.

With a wide and varied portfolio of over 60 complex healthcare facilities, we have developed effective methods to deliver and fully install operational PAUs directly to the healthcare site with minimal disruption. The majority of mechanical and electrical services are carried out off-site in a factory environment, thus enabling strict quality controls and tests to be conducted.

		Our reputable design and project management teams are vastly experienced in both off-site modular construction and healthcare buildings, and our expertise is constantly being developed.
